WHO AM I
Hey all, my name is Diana.
I am a User Experience designer and researcher with a background in interaction design.
As a designer, I am analytical, curious, and empathetic. I love complex problems and brain teasers.
In my designs, I always strive for intuitiveness, a deep understanding of the user, and an element of surprise.
My design process is driven by research, collaboration with the target group, and my belief that technology should adapt to the user, not the other way around.
MY DESIGN TOOLBOX
Driven by research
I always try to go a step further in my research, striving to understand not only the user’s needs and wishes but also the underlying issues and motivations.
Throughout the years, I have gained experience in many user research methodologies, ranging from quantitative to qualitative methods.
Involving the stakeholders
I love involving my target group in the design process, as well as other stakeholders, by organizing co-creation sessions.
I prioritize communicating my design choices in an accessible and collaborative way. When there is no room for more elaborate activities, I create quick mock-ups that I can discuss with colleagues in a more informal setting.
Prototyping
I love bringing my ideas and sketches to life. The sooner in a project the better, for example through wireframing or creating other lofi models.
Adding the interactive elements to my designs excites me a lot. I like to explore coding, electronics and other tools to bring the product as close to reality as possible. Some of the prototyping tools I am familiar with are Adobe XD, Figma and P5.js.
Full of curiosity and desire to grow
I am always excited to learn and share my knowledge with others. Keeping an eye on technological developments has often helped me create innovative, out-of-the-box results that would otherwise be inaccessible.
Furthermore, I am always curious about new design tools and research them with great enthusiasm. I have often created workflows for my colleagues, making tools such as AR and Artificial Intelligence more accessible to them.
